- Motherwort has calming and soothing properties that help to promote relaxation. Great for women over the age of 50.*
Directions: To prepare drink, use 2 tsp of herb for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it stay for 1 hour, then strain it and take 1 tbsp 3-4 times daily for better health. Store in a cool, dry place.
