Anise Seed

Description

• Anise seeds are beneficial to the upper respiratory tract and supports respiratory health by promoting expectoration and calming the throat.*

Directions: To prepare drink, use 2 tsp of seeds for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it stay for 10 minutes, then drain it and take 1/4 cup 3-4 times daily with honey for better health. Use for 10-30 days. Store in a cool, dry place.
