Description
- Chamomile flowers help support the digestive system and promote digestive health. Soothing properties help support the nervous system and promote relaxation.*
Directions: To prepare tea, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of flowers. Allow to steep for 20 minutes and strain. Drink 1 cup of tea 2 times daily after meals for best results.
