Dill Seed

Description

• Dill seed supports respiratory health while promoting digestion and calming the digestive tract.*

Directions: To prepare drink, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of seeds. Allow to steep for 15 minutes and strain. Take 1/3 cup of drink 3-4 times daily, must be warm for best results.
Store in a cool, dry place.
