Elecampane Root

Description

• Elecampane root promotes expectoration and calms the digestive tract. Supports respiratory and digestive health.*

Directions: To prepare drink, take 3 tbsp. into 1 quart of water. Boil 2-3 hours until half of the liquid evaporates. Cool and drink 3/4 cup three times daily, 30 minutes before meals
Store in a cool, dry place.
