- Blackcurrant leaf is a good source of vitamins. It also promotes urinary and bladder health. It’s beneficial during the cold season.*
Directions: To prepare drink, take 1 tbsp. of leaves into 1 cup of boiling water. Let it stay for 30 minutes, then strain. Take 1/2 cup, 2-3 times daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
